Managing Partners
Having grown up in and around single-family real estate in Ohio, Chris later saw the transition to multi-family investments as the future for him and his family. He has a background in residential and commercial contracting, holding state certifications in plumbing, HVAC, and hydronic systems. He spent almost two decades as a small business owner before making the transition full-time to service his community as a professional firefighter/paramedic.
With a 30+year history in the food, pharmaceutical, and medical industries, Kristy has transferred her meticulous project management skills into real estate. An investor herself, her strength lies in asset management backed by prior experience managing a 200+ condo community in southern California. Kristy was instrumental in identifying value-add opportunities through the reformation of policies and utility management.

Connor Groh blends expertise in multi-family real estate with a hands-on approach to property management. He has extensive experience in flipping single-family homes, while also managing a 6-unit apartment building. With a construction background, he has a gift for identifying high-potential properties and underwriting. In addition to real estate, Conner is a professional firefighter/paramedic, bringing discipline and problem-solving skills to every project.
